Watch Our "Next Generation NCLEX Talks" Video NCSBN is excited to share our latest video in a series on the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) project, titled "Next Generation NCLEX Talks."
In this video, NCSBN Lead Psychometrician Hong Qian, PhD, describes test validity, the degree to which evidence and theory support the interpretations of test scores. The validity of a test is the most important criteria when determining exam quality, and a continuous process that helps gather evidence and data that determine sound scoring methods. Watch the video.
NCSBN will continue to produce new Next Generation NCLEX Talks videos. These talks, presented by Examinations Department staff, will provide up-to-date information on different aspects of the NGN project.
